Economy Car Rentals Tracking Order Status

I like the ease of website. Did not know I had to pay extra insurance.

Good car in an excellent condition, good price, everything well prepared and on time. For me the only negative thing was the manner of the provider´s employee during pickup process which was very arrogant and annoyed. Most customers, me included, are in the Vantaa airport for the first time and do not orient perfect in the airport hall. In my oppinion there should be a cooperation between the provider and customer to find each other as quick as possible. In real there was just a phone call from provider like "I am waiting on the meeting point, it´s up to you to find me, hurry up". There was no efford or helpfullness from his side to find his customer even when I described what my wear and luggage look like. And after I found provider´s employee myself, he was no even willing to shake hand with me... To be fair, I got all necessary information about the return of the car from him.

Quick and fair service , good car condition , good price but...Very accurate information on where the nearest and easily accessible gas station is would be very helpful due to the full to full refueling options.
