EcoFlow Tracking Order Status

I'm writing this with a heavy heart because I love this company's products and until recently have had good service on the whole, which is why I'm giving them 2 stars instead of 1. However, I have recently had to return my Delta 2 under warranty as it was malfunctioning. It all went smoothly until recently. I had a message saying that the item was beyond repair and would I like a reconditioned replacement. I agreed, but since then....nothing. No communication, no response to multiple emails, nothing! It's now been 6 weeks since I returned my Delta 2 and I have no idea when (or indeed if) I will receive my replacement unit. Such a shame! This could be a really special company generating great customer loyalty with its innovative designs but yet again, we have a company that is let down by poor customer service. I've spend nearly 15 thousand euros on this company's products in the last 2 years, so this simply isn't good enough. I feel a bit let down, because my loyalty to Ecoflow isn't being reciprocated. 11/7 Update: I have increased the score to three stars after receiving an explanation and apology from Ecoflow customer services and an agreement to send a new replacement Delta 2 straight away. I was also offered a free gift by way of apology. Thanks guys!

J’ai acheté le wave2 Outre ce que l'on pourrait croire en regardant leur site web et leurs vidéos, on ne peut pas utiliser l'Ecowave sans installer au préalable les conduits d'aération ! les informations concernant une baisse de 10 degrés en x minutes ou toute autre information sont totalement fausses (on peut constater que la température ne bouge pratiquement pas De plus j’ai payé mon appareil au tarif fort sur leur site. 3 jours après, je vois que la Clim est en promo : moins 100€ Je les contacte pour d’avoir s’ils peuvent faire un geste commercial , la seule réponse que j’ai reçue est que si je retourne mon appareil, j’ aurai des frais …. vous me dites que si le prix baisse dans les 7 jours suivants mon achat, vous remboursez la différence, c'est ce qui s'est passé et vous n'avez pas voulu me rembourser la différence ... je vous avais contacté par mail ... le 10 juillet : j'ai reçu un mail me signalant qu'un remboursement de 100 € allait être effectué.

I have 7 EF EcoFlow units, I’ve never had any issues with either one of them. Of course there was a learning curve for me, learning the terminology of the battery talk world. There’s also facebook pages that EF EcoFlow consumers share experiences, recommendations and suggestions. Over all I’m very happy with the EcoFlow products that I’ve purchased, and the 5 year warranty on their products gives you a great peace of mind

Ecoflow has provided me and my family with excellent customer service and communication when it came to any of our orders. The products we received were exceptional and came with a high level of quality, they work well and have never given me any issues. Ecoflow is a brand I know I can trust when it comes to their products and reputation and I would highly recommend to anyone in the market for portable or home power stations.
