Amazing customer service! Satori is so efficient, patient and professional. I would recommend ecoenclose to anyone in a heart beat. I ordered the padded mailers and their sampler packaging. The quality is excellent and I love that it’s ecofriendly.

I am a regular customer, but received some damaged items on my latest order. Customer service told me that if I didn't want to receive damaged items again, I need to request that they inspect my package every time I order. They did not provide a solution to the damaged items I received. I did not demand a refund, but I am very disappointed in their quality control and the "solution" they offered me.
