eCampus Tracking Order Status

My payment method was approved and the money was charged from my card. I got an email about a day later that said my payment was denied because their system said they found ‘irregularities’ with my payment method. I have never had a problem using this card like this. The money was refunded within 3-5 business days, but the bummer was that I needed that textbook by a certain day and that really messed me up. It also wasn’t like I could just go rent the book somewhere else because the money I had for the book was held up.

The book is in great condition for a rental.

They are good for selling books to and purchase more than one copy of most books. They take a little time to process orders but they have never disappointed me.

Simple to navigate, stayed up to date with status of my order, appreciate the ability to rent a textbook

Relatively straight forward... I ordered my textbook and was able to access it within hours!
