Ecamm Network Tracking Order Status

Bought a LIFETIME subscription of Skype recorder from them a few years ago. Version needed a few upgrades but did the job. A few months ago this stopped working. Not easy to find their CS on their website but I did manage to find a contact email. Reply was "Unfortunately Call Recorder for Skype is not compatible with macOS Sonoma 14.1.1 or newer. Call Recorder is still compatible with (the much older )macOS versions 10.12 through macOS 12.x for Intel Macs only. We do not have plans to continue to develop or update the app moving forward." Brilliant - this is what a lifetime subscription exactly means! Thank you!

I got charged in my credit card and I don't know them or even conduct a business with them. I reach my credit card issuer about it and they confirm to me it is a scam.

We switched to Ecamm after moving over from GotoWebinar in order to deliver webinars globally. The software on macOS is very polished and offers many controls (and who doesn't want a fairground horn effect to blast out to wake up attendees!?). The software has proven solid on macOS 10.13 and Big Sur. Today, we had an account/payment request, and it was dealt with in 15 minutes with a very positive and polite response. Highly recommend!

I lost several recordings because of crashes. Very last second crashes, when you stop recording. Video files can't be repaired. I have tried hard. Several streamings have audio problems as well. I contacted the support with detailed information and a crash log. They never answered. I am still subscribed for the moment, prices have doubled because of some new features they have added I will probably never use. If I unsubscribe and subscribe again later I will pay the new price. I tried OBS in the meantime. It is free but slighly more dificult to set up and use. Not sure what to do. I am afraid of losing more stuff because of crashes. Not getting any response from support doesn't help. There are chances I will swith to OBS soon. For the moment I would not recomment this product despite it looks really profesional and promissing.

Often there are technical problems, but the support service does not respond to messages. You need to wait at least 24 hours for you to be answered and corrected. This is very unsuitable for those who live broadcasts. I can not check in advance whether there will be errors in the program. And then I have to change the date of the live broadcast. Subscribers are angry about this. 330 thousand people. Of course, I wrote that Ecamm was to blame for this, but it wasn’t any easier. I also paid for advertising and now this money is gone.
