ebookers UK Tracking Order Status

Be careful with flights on package deals. Booked an all inclusive to Lanzarote. Flights with easyJet don’t include normal size cabin baggage. Only a tiny underseat bag. Need to add £90pp to ebookers holiday cost.

Great value and excellent customer service

All I can say is that when I had to cancel my hotel due to flight disruption the online chat help was exceptional. They contacted the hotel, managed to get the penalty fees waived and I already have a full refund on it's way. Good customer service at a time of terrible stress for us. Madeira holiday! 21st Feb to 28th Feb.

Ebookers used to be ok (2014). Now I booked a flight and found the airline would not accept the API information as it should be done by the agent. Ebookers state they have no way to do that and direct you to the airline. This may apply only to specific airlines, but I'm afraid ebookers has gone way downhill. Forced to cancel and rebook directly with airline.
