eBay Tracking Order Status

Su Ebay ho effettuato acquisti di statuette in porcellana di Capodimonte e a prezzi contenuti per il valore riscontrato su altre piattaforme, anche ,spesso, molto inferiori.Ed anche per altri prodotti ,selezionando i venditori,sempre soddisfatto.Ho avuto bisogno di assistenza e ho potuto constatarla ottima .

Speaking from a buyer's perspective, my encounter with eBay has been excellent. As a buyer, I consistently receive products ahead of schedule, and sellers exhibit kindness and helpfulness. The eBay Money Back Guarantee is a feature I particularly appreciate, as it has come to my aid on several occasions in the past.

Suspended my account for no apparent reason when I was only trying to sell an item. Sent 5 emails which none was replied to. I tried to call customer services but it was impossible to speak to an actual human being! Absolutely s*** show of a company! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

eBay has a great platform, and provided your needs and problems can be accommodated automatically within it, it works very well. However, if you need assistance from a real person that speaks your language well, that’s when you get problems. For example I sold an item to a buyer that wanted to return it. I refunded the buyer through the platform, but they have not returned it. Despite many attempts to get eBay to help, I am yet to receive the item. Their fees are also way over what is reasonable, but until there is better competition, I guess we’re stuck with it.

I used to recommend eBay to friends and family for buying but after recent experiences I can no longer say as a buyer you can trust eBay just make sure all your transactions go through PayPal as I personally now find that the "eBay promise/guarrentee is no longer worth while and do not recommend if you do not have any guarantees then DO NOT USE ebay
