Eatlean Tracking Order Status

I love the EatLean products. I’m on a seriously reduced fat diet and desperately miss real cheese - this is a a close as I can get to the real thing. The cheese blocks make a very passable and healthy alternative to cheese sauce A slight hiccup with a recent order (one missing item) was responded to within 24 hours. Shipping was very quick on the main order, too. I understand people here have had less positive experiences with customer service and I suspect that’s what drove them to leave a review. I also get that EatLean are not always coping with demand and customer service seems to slip. But so far I think they are doing their best. I’d recommend them, despite the glitches.

2 orders here so far. 1 time with issues that were resolved in a timely manner without problem. Great products for a protein rich diet.

Really helpful customer service when I realised I'd made an error in my order. Very prompt responses. I've been buying Eatlean for a good while now, (I need to watch fat intake - so ideal). I'm perfectly happy.

I have been using Eatlean for quite a while the products are fantastic as I am a Slimming World member I love how much of Eatlean cheese you can have on the plan. Everything always has plenty of date so you can bulk order. The customer service is outstanding. I would highly recommend this company.

A brilliant company. Not only are the products amazing but the customer service is absolutely excellent. I had an issue that was caused by the courier, not Eatlean, but the Eatlean customer services team dealt with it immediately. Fantastic service and delicious cheese.
