EasySpace Tracking Order Status

Easyspace registered a domain name for my music website many years ago, which I now only use to forward on to my Bandcamp page and provide an alias email address. They have always provided support when needed, and recently acted very quickly to correct a problem with my email forwarding within the day. Great support for a full range of services in a friendly manner. Highly recommended.

I have been with Easyspace for approx 13 years and found them to be helpful and clear. I recently had an issue with their Web Builder, I originally thought it maybe me or my computer but after attempting the same function on other machines many times without success, I contacted Easyspace support who were very pleasant but unable to find a solution. I received an email the next working day- 2 days ago that the issue has been escalated to their developers for further investigation and resolution. I will update this review when the issue has been sorted

As a community voluntary group we don't have the expertise or funding for a high level of I.T Expertise and so Easyspace online support has been crucial for us. The online chat is quick and gives well supported instructions. This great support meant our website was only a problem for a day or two compared to what could have been much longer and much more expensive!

I have really happy with their service, I am working with many hosting providers but they are the top in terms of customer service.

Our request was handled quickly and efficiently within an hour of us submitting it. Can't ask for better than that!
