Easylife Tracking Order Status

By not trying to sell Gardening Magazines to customers when they are ordering from you. I told the woman who took my order several times that I had a very small and largely paved garden and did not want this gardening magazine. She went on and on about it until I finally unfortunately said yes. It seemed the only way that I was going to place. My order. Today I received a letter from the Gardening Club but no brochure. It says I have 28 days free until the 30th of this month. It is now the 14th!! What a SCAM! As a result of this I may decide not to use Easylife again.

The purchase never arrived. Very poor by the courier. Refund accepted.

Placed a order on the 1st August was still waiting for it on the 9 phoned to be told we have 2 of your items but the other one is not due to us until the 27 and we will send them all together,so I cancelled that item but you should have sent me a email to tell me it was delayed,so will not be placing any more orders with you.

The iterms ordered were fine when they arrived. They were competitively prices and the quality was good enough. However the items took far too long to arrive. After the order had been placed tracking showed that some items were on back order but we were not informed of that. It took over four weeks for the items to be delivered. Far too long!

I bought 3 items out of easylife catalogue on Friday . It stated post free and 10% off all items. The items i bought came to £32 which should have entitled me to free postage but nowhere on their site did it give me that option. I shall think twice before buying from Easylife in future. Ray Perkins
