Like shopbop, I don't understand why it got so many bad reviews tbh! It always brings me excellent shopping experience, at least for me. Next-day delivery in the US with the best package! Definitely Recommend It!

returns are exceptionally slow. Apparently they use the cheapest return method possible, bulk parcel return to washington dc and then air forward to warehouse destination. Avoid.

Order was late so tried to sign in to track delivery. My account had been locked so I contacted customer service. Customer service was quick to respond to tell me there was an issue with the supplier and they had cancelled my order and deleted my account too. If I hadn't reached out it seems they may never have contacted me about my cancelled order.

Hi, I bought Dr.Martens gryphon sandals from here under DDP term (included imported tax) to Thailand, take about 9-10 days to reach my hand thru DHL. Timing is reasonable, not keep me waiting for long long time. It's great and can trust!! My order was packed very well with good condition box. RECOMMENDED !!

I ordered sunglasses and they came from the USA to Croatia in 3 days. Unfortunately they had to be cleared through customs so I refused to receive them via DHL. and returned back to the USA.
