because Ihad no deduct just my 401k it is easy to fill out. Very direct and to the point no unnecessary questions. If you need to it will quick direct questions for what you might need other than that it is easy. I'd say even a 5th grader could have done my taxes through here

I missed something on my state return but couldn't figure out how to go back and add it. Support request replied within about 3 hours and gave instructions on how to correct it.

The agent that helped me went far beyond the duty. I was so frustrated and in tears trying to get my taxes completed but when I called the helpline I got the cream of the crop agent and she solved my issues in about fifteen minutes. Efile is incredible and I will use them always!
