Accu kapot na bijna 2 jaar jammer! Nog niet eens 1000 km gefietst. Hoe kan dit ?

Bought my dyu bike from an independent dealer today on my lunch break. Everyone in work thought it looked boss ! Rode it home and loved it . No experience dealing directly with this company but what I can say is the 26 inch c1 dyu is amazing. So pleased I bought it! Early days but bike is boss so far. It flys . Impressive.

Concernant les commandes effectuées sur ce site, celles ci ont été reçues. Le gros problème, c'est que vous pouvez envoyer des mails qui restent sans réponses (SPAM ou réception). Le suivi n'existe pas avec des mentions légères comme "REALISEE". Si par malheur votre colis n'arrive pas, il n'y pas de moyen de connaître la démarche à suivre. Donc colis et paiement perdus. Très inquiet de commander sur leur site mais parfois, pas le choix, car j'ai acheté un vélo de cette marque. Vigilance à prendre concernant chaque marque à prendre pour ce cas.

Hello, 2 months ago I bought a dyu-a1f-pro, but it no longer has the same power and the option of riding it only on electric power doesn't go anywhere, what should I do?

The DYU Stroll 1 comes very well packaged and, following the instructions, is very intuitive to assemble. I've already done +- 150 km with the e-bike and I'm very pleased with the performance! It is definitely an excellent product with great quality/price!
