I rang customer support on Monday and explained the fault on my Dyson cleaner to which the advisor told me a replacement part was in stock and would be sent to me within 5 days, the replacement arrived on the Friday of the same week. Excellent service by Dyson. Thank you.

Contact was very helpful but at times technology used was not always fully functional.

Phoned Dyson about V7 starting then stopped in no time atall.operator sent me a video link,to let him see what was happening,he said it was the motor As it was still in warranty he sent a new motor arrived within 4days ,problem solved,I am very pleased with the sevice thank

Both CSA, by telephone and webchat were very helpful in diagnosing the fault with my V8 vacuum but the wrong Main body for my serial Nr V8 as confirmed by the Dyson Spares website Dyson need to update compatibility information. Due to the good work of the Webchat CSA I await the correct Main Body currently out of stock under the Dyson warranty scheme

Had a Dyson V7 for five years, great hoover, game changer coming from an old corded thing. However take care ordering replacement parts. When trying to order replacement brush head and battery we received the wrong part. The email address given wasn't valid, and when I spoke to the support team (who were really slow btw) they said they couldn't find the order number (I gave them the order no, invoice ID, even the paypal reference) and that it was in someone elses name! I don't share my accounts so this is quite impossible. I sent a photo of the actual package with my name and the order number clearly visible, still nothing. Their system must be buggy. My advise, pay through Paypal, they should be able to sort you out when you need a refund.
