I have a broken heel piece of my Dynafit ST Rotation 12. The same got a lifetime warranty. I contacted the seller - Adventure Shop Bulgaria and they held both my skis and bindings for a week and after that they got back to me with the statement, that if it's with lifetime warranty I need to contact Dynafit directly and not going pass thru the reseller. Otherwise it will cost me 120 EUR for the service. I started the warranty claim on Dynafit website, where a guy named Federico from Dynafit INT Customer Care took on the case. The lifetime warranty is actually for 10 years only, which is ok. My bindings are ordered in less than 3 years. I have a long email thread going back and forth of how the claim is approved, but they cannot send me the part now as they don't have it and to write back after 10 days.. And then another 10 days... And then again. This happened a couple of times, then Federico asked me for my address so they can ship the broken heel. Then again got back to me with some difficulty of sending it, but will do so in the beginning of next week and will keep me posted. Then never replied again. It's been 2 weeks since. It's been more than 2 months since I started the warranty claim. What a joke company. Scam lifetime warranty. Never recommend.

Ho usato FORZATAMENTE scarponi Dynafit dal 1992, perché gli unici ad adattarsi alla mia pianta. Ribadisco: forzatamente! Se dovessi elencare tutti i problemi riscontrati (leggi rotture dei materiali), non basterebbe un'encicolpedia. Ultimi i TLT7 Performance che dopo solo 35'000m di dislivello positivo hanno ceduto, con rottura dello scafo nella parte posteriore. 700€ buttati al vento ! Non esiste un servizio reclami, il rivenditore lo sa e ti rimbalza; sul sito si viene affidati ad un "guru" esterno, che dopo due chat ti molla con un nulla di fatto ! No comment. Per fortuna ho finalmente trovato un prodotto alternativo. Mai più !

Empfehlenswert! Schnelle Lieferung, Retoure auch relativ schnell bearbeitet. Kontakt mit Dynafit-Team aufgenommen - die Mitarbeiterin war sehr freundlich und konnte mir weiterhelfen.

SAV Dynafit incapable de me renvoyer une boucle de sac Dynafit SPEED EXO 45+ qui a cassé. Le sac est "trop vieux" parait-il (2016) ! Le SAV me renvoie vers une mercerie, or c'est déjà fait et je ne trouve aucune boucle adaptable (très spécifique car la boucle femelle est collée au sac) Autre point négatif, mes deux premières réclamations sur leur site internet étant restées lettre morte, j'ai dû contacter le SAV par téléphone pour obtenir une réponse.
