DealExtreme Tracking Order Status

Another joke delivery company. Had one parcel delivered Friday, apart from having the wrong telephone number went pretty well. Mondays parcel, didn't even try to deliver it! Probably because I live down a long road, too much trouble I guess, don't use if you're a bit out of the way

Ordered from a furniture company a garden set emailed / text sent mid week advising item to be delivered 15th time taken off work to accept then 6.15pm 12th message sent rescheduling to the 16th (by whom) tracking shows it’s been scanned into delivery depot - spoke with customer services this Morning 13th to be told no items were still at their HUB - someone is lying!!

Very happy delivery arrived two days early within the timescale given. My plant arrived well packaged and in excellent condition

I live on 3rd floor, no lift, courier brought package up and i offered tip which he refused to take. Arrived in time slot. London w5

Parcel arrived 5th May 5 days early was due the 10th of May. Dx kept me informed about my delivery on day of delivery received a text with a 2 hour time frame driver arrived well with in the time frame carried the parcel to my door i live in a flat.thanks
