I received my order, but I had requested that a signature be required in case I wasn't home at the time of delivery. I arrived home at 1:45 on the date, and it had been left on my front porch where anyone could have picked it up and I would have been without a laptop plus $714! That did not make me happy. Can someone explain how this might happen? Also, I understand a used laptop does not have the original carton, but this one had the bubble wrapped taped to the unit, and now I have to use a goof off to remove the glob of residue from it. Not major, but a nuisance. Thanks.
