Dusk Tracking Order Status

Great delivery, great product. We ordered the Hampshire Loveseat and its the best! So comfy and looks and feels like a high quality product. Delivery was well communicated - I was sent a text to book my slot a few days before and it arrived when expected. They were helpful and professional.

I ordered a bed frame and a mattress. I realised I ordered the wrong size mattress so I called straight away and cancelled the mattress order. All seemed well. But all was NOT well. I followed up and they said cancellation takes time and to wait 48 hours. Guess what? They shipped the mattress. Now they said they have cancelled the mattress but will I see my refund? I am starting to doubt but will start a dispute with my credit card company. Just after posting this review, Colin refunded me and gave me a 10% discount. Great customer service as one would expect from dusk!

I was a bit nervous when ordering from Dusk as I didn’t know much about this company. I’ve ordered SofaX2, super king-size Mattress and some bedding. These guys are so professional and organised. It was the smoothest delivery I have received. Drivers were so helpful and friendly. Absolutely amazing at timekeeping, email and text message communications etc. Spot-on. The best of it all the products are so quality that is unbelievable. It’s really is the best mattress I ever slept on. We had a quality and comfortable sofas. 100% recommend this company.

I’ve now ordered a couple of things from Dusk & will definitely be ordering more! I’ve got my bed and a two seater sofa from dusk and was apprehensive when ordering at first but the quality for the price is fantastic! Bed took some time to assemble but was 100 percent well worth it and the sofa was pretty much fully assembled I would recommend to all my friends!

Ordered a bed & mattress from Dusk amazing quality was a bit worried for the price but I’m really happy and the mattress is super comfy probably the best one I have had thanks Dusk !!!!
