I have been a regular customer of Dune for many years, most of my footwear is from there and the quality has always been excellent. However I had to return a pair of boots which had split at the sole. Although they had been purchased some time ago it was obvious that I had hardly worn them. After the Aberdeen branch called Customer Services they immediately granted me a full refund. A big thank you to Dune for wonderful customer service, it’s not just about when things are right, also when not so good situations are rectified.
