Dune London Tracking Order Status

Louise was very patient, understanding, helpful and kept me informed every day as promised. Basically, My shoe delivery was late. Tracking got disconnected apparently. Louise investigated and managed to get my parcel back on track. I eventually received it after approximately 8 days however in time for my holiday. So very happy about that.

I am very impressed with Dunes customer service. I needed to know some calf measurements on some boots and the Live chat provided that for me very swiftly. I then ordered a pair of boots but forgot to put in my discount code. Customer service asked for the code and refunded my account! Everything with no wait and a very helpful, nice tone. I haven’t received my boots yet but I was given a tracking number immediately and I believe they will be here any day.

Both times I have contacted Dune customer services, they have been really responsive and helpful. Marie today has reassured me of a concern. Shoes also lovely and really well packaged!

Really great service, Ellie was able to locate my order and give me the details when I hadn't received a confirmation email.

Katie was extremely helpful and informative on how to return a faulty pair of shoes today. Her instructions on how to use the postal service were clear and concise. Katie also arranged next day delivery on a new pair . Thank you !
