Dulux Decorator Centre Tracking Order Status

Ordered a wood oil online for pick up at the Dundee Branch , paid for it and it was due in stock within 4 days , next day branch called to tell me there would be an £12 delivery charge that they would charge , surely this should have been stated on the website , won’t use again

I'm not a professional decorator so hadn't realised I could shop here, but so glad I popped in to ask. We were after a specialist paint for old plaster after stripping decades of wallpaper, and needed an expert's knowledge to make sure we bought the best products for the job. Yes it cost a little bit more than a big hardware shop's own brand, but the advice the two Saturday staff in Gloucester gave was fantastic. We've got exactly what our walls needed, and help from people who know their stuff and wanted to make sure we got the best results possible. Really impressed.

I went to the Potters Bar store this morning, and the lady there was disinterested in helping me with my questions. Once I eventually got answers, she could not provide the paint due to a lack of base paint tins, which defeats the object of a paint store. I would certainly not recommend this company; likely best to stick with the larger DIY stores. Disappointing.
