Dry Bags Ltd Tracking Order Status

I ordered an Overboard duffel Drybag and this was a good price and was delivered very quickly. Unfortunately it was damaged in transit. Once I had sent a photo of the damage Drybags delivered a replacement equally quickly. They coud do better with the packaging but very happy with the customer service and would shop here again.

Bought the bag for my wife, it worked ok for a few weeks (at full load the rigid back panel tends to bend a bit and touches the spokes, but it is manageable by adjusting the pannier fit), then it suddenly lost the back bracket, and it started vibrating. I wrote to the support email and I got this answer "Many thanks for getting in touch. It looks like the clip at the back has simply come undone and dropped off. That wouldn't, I'm afraid, be covered as a manufacturing defect. It looks like this clip would be a like for like replacement: [link to another shop] I hope this helps, Jules" Clearly for them is normal for a new product to have clips coming off. That shows the quality and safety of their products and their care for customers. I won't buy from this company ever again.
