Drizly Tracking Order Status

Drizly used to give you the option of shopping a store that you made your initial purchase from (the purchase that is placed in your cart). Recently, that has changed. The website tells you how much you have to spend to reach the store minimum but does not redirect you to that store for the balance of your purchases. Also, they have times listed under products that are completely irrelevant. If you click on an item that drizly claims can be delivered same day, you find out that you may have to wait anywhere between 1 and 6 days.

Immaculate service speedy delivery only reason for a not perfect 5 is the extra fees and security when your information is photographed on a driver's phone but usually everything is in stock keep you updated on delivery time and it's very convenient when you can't go anywhere

Shocked at the low reviews - I mostly use Drizzly in the south Orlando area and they’re great. You gotta know your pricing though- some stores do Jack up their pricing. Every driver has been above and beyond and nice, to boot. I am using it here in Chicago today and was way above and beyond impressed. I made a dumb mistake and gave the wrong address. In addition, the drizzly app auto gave a measly tip of less than $3. Usually at home I place big orders so the tips are great and I guess I also didn’t notice that. My driver, an Uber partner, not only was KIND he persisted in finding us even though it was my fault. Happily I had a 20 on hand for a 20 order and he earned every penny of it. Again been using drizzly for maybe almost two years and never had any problems whatsoever (beyond those I caused like today!!)

I just used Drizly for the first time and it was amazing. I am on day 3 of an ice storm in Texas and no one is out. I ordered thinking they would postpone, but to my surprise they were at my door, friendly and supportive. I will use this fantastic service from now on and tell everyone about it. Thank you.

Amazing. Ordered and got a call back that they didn't have one type of liquor that I wanted and gave me ideas of what would be very similar. The service was great. Now, I'm thinking the store that delivered was awesome as well! It all worked out in under 30 minutes. :) Happy customer.
