Waste of time … tried to book… no joy, no response to query

From UK… trying to plan for my holiday in the summer… I put a request in for at least 5 cars… put all my personal information in… each one came back as declined… I asked a couple of times what the issue was and have received no response! Poor customer service and a waste of time!
