DripDrop Tracking Order Status

Scam. Refund is bogus, then another lie, then no answer text, email or phone. Some problem with product causing DNA disturbances? No tracking either. Bad reviews, many. I do not trust Drip Drop. It is my right to share my true story. Read ALL REVIEWS.

I ordered two giant packs of DripDrop from their website 11 days ago and never received any tracking. Nine days into my wait I sent them an email to see why I hadn't at least received some tracking. Their customer service got back to me the next day through email and gave me details on another order that wasn't for me. They then sent a quick update to say they got my details wrong and that they had actually flagged my order as fraud and asked that I contact them back via phone to fix it. I tried multiple times last Friday to call and never got a person on the phone. I then tried multiple times this morning and still no answer. I've ordered from this website a number of times and decided to do a bigger order on my stimulus card since the summer is coming up. Instead of contacting me to verify the new card, they decided to flag my order as fraud but also kept my money and never contacted me. Truly disappointed in their service. I'll be going to third-party retailers to pick up this product as I really believe in it, but skip buying from them directly or contacting their customer service because you will be disappointed.
