DrinkSupermarket.com Tracking Order Status

I was a little disappointed in all honesty. I understand I purchased a discounted item so the "use by" date was a while ago, in this instance it was 4 months out of date which was advertised at the time of order. I sent an email saying that a couple of the cans of Seltzer were un-drinkable, the taste was completely off and had to be thrown away, it was just feedback, I wasn't after a refund which I specified, but received an email response which basically said it was my fault for buying a discounted item. I understand they were discounted so not expecting taste to be perfect but should still be drinkable in my opinion. To be fair though, out of a 10 can purchase it was only 3 that were not drinkable, the others were fine.

Great as usual and thanks to Vishal in customer services he rectified an error I made which would have cost me double the money I wanted to spend thank you again

We always enjoy DrinkSupermarket's site - it has an immense array of interesting bottles, many of which are not easy to come by, and it is difficult to know how we ever managed without some of them. Our current favourite is a Thai whiskey. The site is well organised, and checkout is straightforward; delivery is speedy too.
