Totally rubbish customer services. Never get a straight answer from them. It’s almost like they aren’t bothered with supporting you when you message for advice or help. The app is rubbish too.

Had to contact Drift regarding an issue with a fitting which had snapped. I felt this shouldn't have happened, as I'd handled it with care, but expected a bit of pushback. Couldn't have been more wrong - the team responded really quickly and sent a replacement part free of charge without quibbling. Thank you, again, for a fantastic service.

Being a bit of a technophobe, I had an issue with how to insert the SD card. Within 10 minutes of contacting their team I'd had a personalised video sent to me, and I was able to set up my camera. Fantastic service, thank you.

I use my drift camera on my motorbike helmet, its a big safety thing for me, so when it stopped working I was seriously worried. Drift support got back to me very quickly with a few simple questions & instructions on how to reset the camera. It worked 1st time, I was so relieved. The member of support staff was friendly, informative & very helpful. Thank you!!
