Easy to assemble, easy to set-up, and easy to use.

Three heaters and three fans are very good quality and work very good. I have mixed feelings about same remotes operating all. I think it would be nice to be able to be coded to each heater or fan. Shipping actually moving seems slow at times. Overall I am very happy with Dreo.

I purchased a ceramic heater and I was super happy with my purchase. However, the ceramic heater stopped working after about 8 months of use. I remember I had an active warranty and reached out to a customer service representative. I was able to get a refund promptly. I am very impressed with the excellent customer service. I will be using the money received from the refund to purchase another ceramic heater from Dreo.

The machine just doesn't brown well enough. I now cook bacon in it and that is it. I've tried steak, pork chops, chicken thighs, and they just don't get very crispy. Sorry Dreo !!!

Love this device. Most things cook fantastically well. Would like more items in chef mode.
