Dreamstime Stock Photography Tracking Order Status

So I canceled my suscription a year ago, and it did work. But they kept charging me on my credit card, every month. I emailed them, it said that they would contact me in 36 hours. They didn't and kept charging me. I'm truly disgusted by this dishonesty.

I always find what I am looking for, making my work easy and waking my creativity. I appreciate it!

They had good photos, but they claimed that I would get a photo for free. They lied. Then they claimed I would get a free trial with 15 photos. They lied again. Photos with watermarks aren't useful, right?

My subscription refuses to cancel. It tells me my password is wrong but it is the right password. I have a Password Manager with Google Chrome that I can see the passwords after verification. I checked it and entered it 3 more times and still, it says Incorrect Password. I then reset and tried again 2 more times and still, it says the password is incorrect. Are they really attempting to rob me? UPDATE - GREAT NEWS! They contacted me yesterday and said my auto-renew was already turned off. I checked the website and it seems fine now, no more auto-renew but I guess I'll know for sure on my next bank balance. Based on quick customer service and quality of product I am updating it to a 4 stars review. I don't mind paying for their products with a free-day trial gimmick. I don't see those as scams having been online so long, but I understand how other people got confused from not being used to this online wordplay. Only very big companies can afford real free-day trials and usually at the expense of the workers. While not wholly ethical the free-day trial advertisement gives their site traffic that they would not have access to when competing with bigger companies.
