DownEast Basics Tracking Order Status

I came upon Downeast during a casual scroll and bought some clothes. Read some of the negative reviews after the purchase was complete. To my pleasant surprise, my order arrived within 5 days and I couldn't be more happy about the purchase. They offer unique styles, quality materials, and unbeatable prices. Will definitely purchase from this store again.

I was a bit nervous to order a love seat that I'd never sat in before and that didn't have a lot of reviews online, but I'd been looking for months and it was the right size, fabric, style, and price. It's the Cloud Love Seat in the canvas color. I'd never heard of this company but saw a facebook ad (because they stalk my internet activity and know I am furniture shopping). I called the company and did some research to verify their legitimacy and ordered from their site. 10 days later the love seat was delivered (from Utah to California) and it's perfect. I am so happy! It's comfortable, looks just like the photo, arrived in perfect condition and was delivered to my front door. I'm surprised they are not experiencing covid delays right now - I have two chairs from Crate and Barrel that are taking 4 months to arrive. I'll definitely consider ordering from Downeast Home again.

I ordered a table. No shipping confirmation was sent until I followed up twice (didn’t receive a response for 4! days post-second outreach), which just had text saying it’d arrive on Tuesday. The agent on the phone said “we’ll that’s bc you’re in salt lake, and our facility is also in salt lake.” (…shouldn’t everyone receive a shipping confirmation?) To top it off, the box arrived with a large slit through it. Damaged product and the guy who dropped it off left it at the bottom of our entrance, rather than using his tool to get it into our dining room (literally the first room through the entrance). Will never order from downeast homes again

We bought an end table and coffee table; we are less than satisfied as the tables are wobbly because the metal frame is bent inward. So even though we put a piece under the legs to balance the unsturdiness, the legs are noticeably crooked. It’s disappointing and frustrating knowing how much we paid and how long we waited for the delivery (a month) and how much effort it will be to return or exchange.

Don’t order the Coast to Coast swim top if you are very small chested. It has a sewn in lining with no removable padding so it looks very silly on someone with no boobs to fill out the cups (speaking from personal experience). So much for “inclusive sizing” assuming that all women have size B cup size or bigger... other than that it is cute.
