Doona Tracking Order Status

super bad customer service the wrong product is delivered which of course can happen I have been trying to contact Doona for 3.5 weeks without result. then after 3.5 weeks I got in touch but very slowly weak apologies then unsolicited a new article was sent which I no longer wanted since I already bought another buggy for my newborn daughter. after sending it back I can no longer get in touch with Doona really super bad this

Our trike has been an absolute hit, could't be without it, bought via babycentre, but customer service were very quick to help with a broken canopy.

My daughter loves the likitrike. The trike is not safe on public transport. The brake just does not work. But I am more than annoyed as I was sent multiple email to review the product, but when I gave an honest review the never published it and claimed 5 star whatever.. liars

This is the best thing I have bought in years. Simple and easy to use, bought a silver cross pram and a doona, never used the Silver cross, but the doona is amazing as a pram and cars seat, gutted the little fella has out grown it.

really handy car seat and stroller in one. Great range of colours and quick delivery - had sooo many comments and compliments about it :)
