dominos.co.uk Tracking Order Status

My experience with Dominos has more often than not been positive. Recently I ordered via the app for my Wife to collect but when she got there they had no order for us!! I frantically checked app due to angry Wife, I ordered from a Dominos almost 100 miles away!!! I place an order with my local Dominos and it's promptly cooked, and Wife is on her way home. I called the Chester (Central) Dominos (who had my order ready to collect, approx £50 order) explained the situation and asked if anything could be done i.e. partial refund and without hesitation they offered me a full refund, brilliant customer service. That level of customer care is totally worth me going out of my way to provide you with a positive review.

REALLY BAD DELIVERY FOOD WAS COLD

Used several times and never had a bad experience. Delivery drivers are always really friendly and the pizza is good. No issues with delivery times either. Sometimes the website deals are limited but that’s not the store’s fault.

Nice pizzas but you are too expensive, it's bread, tomato & cheese, why do they cost so much.

I ordered a basic Margarita (cheese & tomato) with 2 toppings, jalapinos and mushrooms. Plenty of jalapinos but very very mean portion of mushrooms, small pieces which would no way have been more than 1 mushroom chopped up. What makes me laugh is that there was a TV program on the other day featuring Dominos saying that everything in the store is recorded and fed back to head office to maintain standards. What a crock ! Just look at the reviews head office !!
