Dollar General Tracking Order Status

Most of the girls in the store in Palaka #14649 Jessica was a doll, attentive knowledgeable, with a smile on her face. And with thank you for buying in Dollar General come again. Sweet as can be. I give her 20 stars across the bar.

The girls at the Caroga Lake, NY store # 20951 are one heck of a team and they keep the store tidy stocked and the aisles clear. Alexis H is the manager Amanda H the assistant manager Amanda R and Megan E are the other main associates and they all have exceptional customer service skills and go above and beyond to help customers and are kind with smiles on their faces and positive attitudes despite the issues that they have to endure like registers go down because of internet problems that they have directed to upper management with no solutions making the store only accept cash on the busiest days Friday Saturday and Sunday which in turn upsets customers and provokes rudeness, disrespect and anger from customers towards these girls.I travel 20 extra mile just to go to this particular DG because I know my experience will be an enjoyable and friendly one due to these lovely ladies .I hope they get the recognition that they deserve.

Wonderful place to shop but getting extremely expensive

Dear valued reader and Dollar General Headquarters, I recently had the pleasure of visiting Dollar General No. 24215 on La. 1 in Morganza, LA, and I cannot say enough positive things about the store manager, Marvin, and his team, particularly his assistant store manager, who unfortunately I do not know by name. From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted with a warm smile and a friendly hello. Marvin and his team go above and beyond to make sure that every customer feels welcome and appreciated. They are always available to help you find what you need and answer any questions you may have. I truly appreciate their excellent customer service skills. Not only is the customer service top-notch, but the store itself is well-maintained and organized. It's clear that Marvin and his team take great pride in their work and in the store. The shelves are always stocked with the products that customers need, and they go out of their way to make sure that the shopping experience is a positive one. One thing that really stood out to me was the attention to safety. Marvin and his staff make sure that the store is a safe place for everyone. It's clear that they take safety seriously and are constantly looking for ways to improve. Overall, my experience at Dollar General No. 24215 was excellent, thanks in large part to Marvin and his team. Their positive attitude and dedication to customer service truly make a difference. If you are looking for a store where you can find what you need, get excellent service, and feel safe and welcome, I highly recommend this store. Thank you, Marvin and team, for all that you do. Your hard work and dedication do not go unnoticed.

Been to multiple dollar general's and If they are supposed to be a convenience store then they have a lot of improvements needed. I found that they are not being stocked with enough items, their self checkouts are not working a lot of times and their prices are way too high on most items. I see this company going down hill fast if they don't correct these issues. It has become necessary to go the extra miles to a real grocery store to get the items needed at a better price.
