Dolce Vita Tracking Order Status

Dolce Vita did not ever ship the sandals I ordered. They would not cancel the order and now I am trying to dispute the charge with my credit card company. This is now going on 8 weeks. Do not trust them

Extremely disappointed with the customer service provided by this company. The representatives I interacted with on their "chat line" were consistently rude, unresponsive, and exhibited a complete lack of care for my concern. Furthermore, their marketing tactics are deceptive and misleading. The company heavily promotes coupon codes and sales through their email campaigns, which initially seems promising. However, it quickly becomes evident that these codes are not applicable on their Canadian website, rendering them utterly useless for me and other Canadian customers. I'm left feeling frustrated and deceived by this company's false advertising practices, which only added to the overall disappointment of their abysmal customer service. It is disheartening to witness such a lack of integrity and disregard for customer satisfaction.

Very disappointing experience. 1st my order took 2 weeks to arrive, without any explanation or notification of shipping. 2nd, Due to a extenuating circumstances the new shoes I ordered were not able to be tried on until after their return window. When they could finally be tried on, it was discovered they are too large, so I requested an exception to their 30 day return policy. The shoes are in perfect never worn condition. I was going to order again after the return, however due to their lack of care & consideration, I will not.

Unfortunately I must have ordered the wrong size. I thought I ordered a 5.5 and my order got submitted as a size 8. When I tried to do a return their site said it was a final sale. I just wanted to exchange for the correct size and I was told I could not do that. People do make mistakes!

This company is absolutely disgusting! Trust the reviews! I ordered a Balenciaga jacket 6 weeks ago. They gave me the run around and still haven’t sent tracking info. I called my credit card company after they stopped responding and got my money back. Save yourself the trouble and hassle!
