No Live Chat and No Phone Support - Feels Iffy

Bought an iPhone 13 Pro at about half the new cost. It arrived well within the specified time and packaged in a generic box. A cable was included, unexpectedly. Cosmetically the phone is immaculate.The battery regesters 88% which is good for the price, which was better than other refurbished sites I looked at and also had good reviews for customer service, which happliy I have not had to use. I would use Doji again with confidence.

As I have not had any recourse to the 30 day money back guarantee or warranty terms I cannot verify how effective these are so cannot give 5 stars. At first I was hesitant about the idea of a refurbished phone and a bit anxious about the condition of the phone . However when the phone arrived in just 2 days my first thought was WOW there was not a single scratch on the phone is fully functional at the moment it was like new the battery is on 88% but i am not bothered by that it really last a day . I am really impressed everything went smoothly would recommend. Only downside was that it came in basic packaging otherwise its fantastic.
