DOCKERS Tracking Order Status

Purchased 4 pairs of Dockers slacks on their website. When order arrived they were thrown in a box without packaging exercising no care in protecting their product in shipping.. Contacted customer service and got the normal training response….

They sent me the wrong item, then won't exchange them to the actual, and to get a refund I need to waste my time and go to a fedex location. Meanwhile all waiting for pants for their screwup.

I don’t know about what the others are talking about …🤷‍♀️ I absolutely love Dockers brand . Love their Mens pants , which is an all time favorite of my husband’s . He uses it for both work & leisure and won’t leave home without it 😘😂😘 The quality , comfort and price point can’t be beat . We buy everything Dockers has to sell. We are a Dockers family & proud of it 🥰

good pants but the colors dissapear after 1 year

In December 2018, I placed three khaki pants orders with dockers.com. All three were shipped the very next day, arrived promptly, and were filled correctly. The pants quality was fine too. After waiting as long as a week for shipments from other clothing suppliers, this was a breath of fresh air.
