After me calling and telling that you are to late with shipping. And asking for refund. you sending me emails saying that parcel been sent and invoice. This is not what I requested. I don't need that part anymore you are late delaying shipping for 10 days in motor factors is unacceptable. But there is more ridiculous behaviour from your side. You providing me with not working tracking information (screenshot proof in attachments). As I'm kindly asked for refund during the phone call, now I demanding immediate refund. And going to put every effort to stop you scamming people. Shipping from UK by royal takes 3 to 7 working days not 10 to 31. You simply playing on time. Refund my money!

During lockdown I had trouble starting my Kia Sportage when it was warm and realised that the clutch switch was sticking in.
