After me calling and telling that you are to late with shipping. And asking for refund. you sending me emails saying that parcel been sent and invoice. This is not what I requested. I don't need that part anymore you are late delaying shipping for 10 days in motor factors is unacceptable. But there is more ridiculous behaviour from your side. You providing me with not working tracking information (screenshot proof in attachments). As I'm kindly asked for refund during the phone call, now I demanding immediate refund. I one more time repeat that I don't want it anymore. I contacting to cancel my order after 6 days that item wasn't shipped. You sending 2 days later email with none working tracking number. And now you say that tracking is not available. !I WANTED REFUND! NOT TO BE SHIPPED! CANCEL IT! I will leave comment on trust pilot and Google. Copying this Conversation as proof. And going to put every effort to stop you scamming people. Shipping from UK by royal takes 3 to 7 working days not 10 to 31. You simply playing on time. Refund my money!

During lockdown I had trouble starting my Kia Sportage when it was warm and realised that the clutch switch was sticking in. Tried to get a new one from Kia and they wanted £43 and for me to pick up over 10 miles away. Everywhere else was sold out for some reason. I saw an Lucas OEM part on Diycarserviceparts and used the chat to check it was correct. Not only was the part perfect, the guy there checked it was in stock and on the shelf. It was dispatched first class. Great service.
