DIVASWIGS Tracking Order Status

I've been buying from Divas Wigs since 2018. I have a wig from 2018 that I still use today, no shed, no tangling. I also buy from them hair bundles and these are not as good quality as the wigs because I have to replace them every single year but overall the hair quality is good and the shipping is decent (5-7 days). Customer service is good. My only complaint as of today is perhaps the price. It is quite pricier than other hair stores.

Kind of disappointed. My wig took like months to get to me, and that’s only AFTER I sent several emails requesting updates and threatening to report them for fraud. Stella had all kinds of excuses about the wig density and color making it take longer to make. When I finally got my wig, the color and length were correct, but the wig itself is very thin. on the closure if you look hard you can see the tracks. Will update once it’s installed

Hi just received my wig today it was a long time coming but definitely worth the wait, I'm happy with it, it fits very nice and looks fantastic it's very soft and I love the curl and happy with the quality thankyou very much.

I have a small head and asked for a small cap because the average cap sizes are a little too big for me. The option was not available on the website but Stella was kind enough to find a small cap, send me the measurements of the circumference, keep me updated on the processing and shipping time. I’m so appreciative for the help. The wig came sooner than I expected and fit great. Thanks Stella. This is why I continue to order from divaswigs.

I absolutely love this wig. I got it in 26 inches and it's true to length. It looks exactly like the picture, dark root ombre with 613 hair and even though its blonde, it's still soft and silky. I never bought this type of cap before so I was concerned as if it was going to fit. I'm usually a small and it fits perfectly. It has teo combs on the sides and one on the back at the bottom. And two adjustable straps. Totally worth the buy!! I will definitely be purchasing again.
