District Lines Tracking Order Status

If I could give 0 stars for 0 product and 0 communication from the company, I would. I ordered something over a month ago and never received anything past them confirming that they received my money. I’ve emailed them and tried to call them to get information on my order and heard nothing back. Luckily I paid through PayPal and they refunded me right away.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered a limited edition vinyl that was delayed for an entire year (if not more.) In that time span I’ve moved and the second I found out where my next address was I emailed them. That was back in July of 2022. It is now January and I keep sending emails asking to change the address. Sometimes the email won’t even go through and if it does you get a ticket number only to be completely ghosted. At this point I’m thinking I’ll never get the vinyl or my money back. This company is a huge scam. Update: finally heard from them about getting my limited edition vinyl. They sent me clothes that I ordered so long ago I had forgot about. Still waiting to see if I’ll even get the vinyl. Clearly super disorganized or something.

I ordered 2 LPs and a digital download. The digital download didn't work at first, but the support fixed it really quickly. Then, when the LPs arrived, one of them was broken (it's not their fault, they were packaged safely). I told the support about it and they offered me to send a new one free of charge (without having to send back the broken one), which is really nice of them.

Had an issue with not receiving a physical gift card that I had ordered for my daughter for Christmas...order continually showed as 'Processing' but it never released the order for some reason. A single 3 minute call to the Customer Service line and Ian had it not only squared away but was nice enough to combine this gift card and a previous gift card into one code so the full amount could be used as you are limited to inputting one gift card code at checkout. I realize that things happen and, yes, the order should have processed without issue originally but my issue was taken care of far quicker and in a far more pleasant manner than other online vendors I have dealt with. Based upon my experience and how they handled it I would recommend them.

No problems at all, great quality and quick shipping. I love DistrictLines and I'll recommend it to everybody!
