Received a damaged Displate due to FedEx mishandling it. Reached out to support and within 4 days I had a replacement coming. Fast and efficient. Love the products and support has always been good when I needed it.

I have purchased a couple of displates so far. The quality is impressive and looks great displayed. On one instance the displate I received was damaged while in transit. I notified displate and they quickly replaced my damaged piece. I am very grateful to their customer service.
