DiscountMags Tracking Order Status

I extended a magazine subscription through Discountmags, and it worked to perfection. It took awhile for the renewal to kick in, but then Discountmags said it would take awhile. For me, they did what they promised, and I saved some money by ordering through them. From now on, I'll renew all my magazines with them. Glad they're there for me.

I had a few general questions to ask regarding a previous subscription. A very kind gentleman by the name of John answered all my questions plus, gave me lots of pointers Thank you!

Besides the great price in subscriptions, I submitted a question by email, and got a reply within hours! The reply gave me not only the answer to my question, but exactly how I could take care of my issue online. Kudos for being so on top of things.

Excellent customer service! I’ve purchased magazines from discount mags for well over 10years & have never been disappointed. I rarely have issues with delivery but when I do it’s from the publishers side not discountmags & it’s always been a speedy & positive resolution when I contact them. Thanks to discountmags & their friendly and efficient employees!

My concerns were taken seriously. I was guided through what I needed to provide in order to track the issues which were being duplicated. Once that was done, the cause of the problem was revealed in a timely fasion and a solution was quickky implemented.
