Some great products at fabulous prices and a tremendous after care team at customer service. I dealt with Adam. Slight problem immediately sorted out. Well done Discount Dragon!!

I’ve shopped at Discount Dragon many times with absolutely no problem. However in my most recent order 3 jars of Almond Butter were broken. The time between me reporting the problem and having it resolved to my satisfaction was under 2 hours. And a chunk of that could be accounted for by me not responding to emails immediately. So, basically, fantastic customer service. I think what marks out good companies is not necessarily how they do the day to day stuff but how they deal with it when it goes wrong. So top marks to DD.

I always enjoy shopping with Discount Dragon. I love the chance to try out different products as well as buying favourites at a discounted price plus the extra deals and some items at 1p only. On the very rare occasion that a problem with an order arises it is sorted very quickly.
