I ordered and received the contact lenses. What bother me about the process is that there was no communication. At first I thought this company is a fake and kept checking the account to check for updates. It took awhile for my credit card to clear and they finally shipped the product. It was really strange with no communication from them.

Hands down one of the best online experiences for my contact lenses. I ordered and within the day my prescription was verified and on its way to me. I will never use anyone else for my contact lens needs.

Excellent service and support from this company! My contact lenses were back ordered and I received prompt email notification that they would be delayed. They shipped right on the day they said they would be shipping and arrived the very next day. Unfortunately the lenses didn't work out for me but they honored their return policy with a prompt and full refund. Fantastic company, highly recommended, will be buying from them regularly in future.

Placed order and they were on my doorstep in 3 days. Fifty dollars cheaper then anywhere else. Customer service was no problem!

If you have a prescription that is the LEAST bit out of the ordinary (mine is strong, because I'm very myopic), expect to wait extra time, because they won't have them in stock. And then be aware that, even though they've been delayed, they will still send them snail mail through USPS. I'm still waiting for my contacts, two weeks after ordering them. Thank heavens I have glasses I can wear...
