Discount Body Parts Tracking Order Status

Buyer beware!!!! I ordered a part and immediately realized that I ordered the wrong part. I cancelled the order 9 minutes after I placed it and they still shipped it and billed me. I wish that I had read the reviews. This company appears to be on the shady side.

To everyone that gave a review on Discount body parts, THANK YOU. I was just about to order my wife car some parts on Discount body parts until I went through your reviews and decided I wont buy from here I rather do without. Thank you everyone your voices do get heard.

placed an order i needed ASAP. website said in stock. told my customer to leave his car as we were anticipating part. next day email said out of stock. i called customer service and they honestly didn't care. offered no concessions besides an expected refund. also clueless. never ordering from these guys again. update your damn website

Last week i ordered a car bumper support for my Chevy Malibu and it stated it was in stock but about a half hr after i ordered it i got and email stating it was out of stock. When i ordered it Discount body parts stated they do not take your money till it ship's but they took my money any way. Paid by debit card so i called them again today and they are saying will not get my money back till Wednesday. I call that FRUAD. Take your money when they do not have the part? Not charging you till it ships is a lie. They stated 24 to 48 hrs to return your money and my bank says different. My bank and my lawyer are going after them for FRUAD.Stay away from these people. DJD. I did get my money back but like a other review i read the part that they said was out of stock STILL SHOWES FOR SALE. RIP OFF.
