Direct Sight UK Tracking Order Status

Easy website. Good choice of frames.

I had to contact you twice for my order progress. Order took too long. I should have been advised by Direct Sight not the other way round. Received an apologetic email after my contact.

Delivery took ages and communication was poor. I only found out my order was going to be delayed because I emailed them. They had an issue with their production line but didn't communicate this to me themselves.

Ordered 22nd August. Paid and got order number. Had nothing since. Phone number constantly unavailable. Seems like a scam outfit to me. Edit: Update - they have been in touch to confirm my glasses will be dispatched this week.....

Switched to directsight from the main online brand (GD) after I had issues with the lens quality. I found that directsight has a very similar selection but is better priced (make sure to look for voucher codes!) and lacks some of the frills - no case, no cloth - but the glasses are good. Unfortunately I had an issue with my pair and had to return them. The process was smooth, email replies were same day, and I had my replacement glasses on the 8th day after sending mine back. I'm impressed and will now recommend direct sight as a good value and quality online glasses retailer.
