Diesel BR Tracking Order Status

I went to diesel in the ilac centre today the girl that helped us was amazing she was so patient and understanding with my son who is autistic we had such a positive outcome im so happy there are people like this in your company

Buenas tardes, hice una compra de 459,50€ en la tienda DIESEL de la calle Serrano el día 7 de enero, para un regalo de Reyes Magos y no me avisaron de que NO devuelven el dinero, sino que te dan una tarjeta con ese importe. Me comentó la chica que me atendió que no están en la obligación de darte ese dato, de tal forma que ahora no sé cómo puedo hacer para recuperar ese dinero, ya que el regalo no funcionó, muy a mi pesar. Si alguien estuviera interesad@ en que yo le diera esa tarjeta que no tiene caducidad y que sirve para hacer compras en tienda física y on line, estaría muy agradecida.

I’ve worn diesel jeans for the last 10+ years but have noticed the quality and longevity of the jeans has drastically reduced in the last 2 years. Bought 2 pairs of Troxers in March this year and they both now have holes in the crotch area. Also happened on me previous pair but they lasted 2 years. Yes they are comfortable and stylish but I can’t justify spending over £150 on a pair of jeans that only last 6-9 months! Will be switching to Levi’s I think as they seem to be much better quality!

Customer service is, in my recent online experience, rather good, hence the stars. My complaint is that the product online picture may not be what you get. There is a size and design variable within product range which needs resolution. Diesel used to be reliably «what you see is what you get» but not now. Clothes sizes, different systems depending on country, which are often not even in themselves accurate, is ridiculous.

Excellent customer service. I've always trusted diesel brand and their products have never disappointed however, I recently had issues with products I purchased from a department store now off the high street who wouldn't resolve my issue. Diesel however did despite the products not being purchased directly. Every exchange was professional, they are prompt to reply, and resolved the issue for me. Can't fault them.
