You guys are so dramatic tf. I ordered a hp laptop afew years ago it came on time and it was perfect still works till this day and I brought a camera from there it's perfect no problems ever

Disgusting experience. Shocking service lack of communication, no customer service. Purchased a gazebo and recieved product damage. Tried various attempts to communicate with Dicksmith to no avail. A replacement or refund pls Make contact with me before I take this matter further.

The Arrow rest is way out of alignment. Literally had to find two screws to mount it where it was never meant to go. The quality is fair though. Sight does not come with battery. Max at 50 pound draw but can be altered easily to 45 I tried to do more but it looked unsafe to try.😅

It is only because I have ordered successfully through this company before that I am not giving it a one star rating, I ordered on the 6th December and still have not received parcel, I would be ok with this if I had information that I could track it (the tracking number I have been given still isn’t active after 19days) or actually get hold of a person to help me find out what is going on! I have emailed with no success and cannot for the life of me find any other way to contact them to get some clarity or help! Think I can kiss my money goodbye this time, sad as these presents were for my grandson so I will now need to go buy something else with money I do not have after all the other Xmas shopping done! Please D.Smith listen to your customers and get some kind of “people” help to improve your service!
