Dickies Life Tracking Order Status

If you like waiting a long time for your order to even dispatch, and getting no response when you try to contact customer services, then you'll love ordering from Dickies. The part of the order I have received seems to be good quality but I'm starting to wonder if the other items in my order will ever be dispatched (it's already past the date they were due to arrive). I also got part way through ordering another order but the payment didn't go through. This is now stuck as a pending order in my account which I can't get rid of. Unfortunately I tried using a voucher code on the order but because the system thinks I've already used it, it's now not working on a new order I'm putting through. Another thing I've contacted customer services about with no response.

The cut on the clothes are so hit and miss from dickies. I've bought a lot from this site and returned 90% of the clothes but the 10% I kept were good, and worth it. They've improved their shipping speeds recently. It seems they have warehouses in the UK now which means some clothes arrive faster than others. My main complaint about the clothing is the dye. The colour on the clothes fades so quickly and sometimes ends up looking like a different colour all together. My black carpenter trousers ended up dark blue eventually. Even though these clothes are hard-wearing and durable I feel like they really should be using a better dye. The material is very good though. A thick cotton that can take a beating.
