Dickies Tracking Order Status

I have been a customer for decades. I wear black pants and shirts. I am an American Union worker and only dry clean my uniforms. I've noticed the clothes have faded faster than I remember. I looked up where this product was made and realized the outsourced to different countries. As a union man and I will be spreading the word on Dickies and looking for an American made product to purchase

started really good but went down hill bad. last few visits. they were polite. but supremely disorganized and incredibly slow. always out of stuff, and very expensive. that being said. food, when they have it. is decent.

Great customer service. Responsive by email and made my return very easy. Refund was processed quickly. Would not hesitate to order direct again, given this positive experience.

Im a carpenter and have bought Dickies carpenter pants for years now. Usually 5 at a time for the week. So each pair is worn for one day each week. I'm 59 and not as active as I used to be but I manage to blow out the right knee of the pants within 4 months. All at the same time. It's amazing. So $200 in pants in the trash. I actually received a warranty pair the last round and here it is again, 4 months later and I had to throw them away once again. I don't crawl around, umpire, or spend most of my time on one knee, so I'm concerned of the quality of these heavy duty work pants. So for theo ey, I've switched to a Walmart jean for $14 a pair that will last just as long. I hate to rain on Dickies parade but I pay good hard earned money for those pants and 4 months is NOT an acceptable life for a simple pair of work pants.

Been trying to find a good quality apron for a long time now, saw that they had one on dickies, the price did through me but I wanted to give it ago, I must so a really good quality apron it is thicker which I wanted, so not flimsy like most out there, also has a chest pocket which I have been searching high and low for which is amazing, overall good quality and just what I was looking for, thankyou
