Easy booking and dependability. In particular the driver was very pleasant and professional - unfortunately I did not get his name. It was the ride on 5/9/23, picking up at 17 Wardwell Dr., New Canaan.

Easy to book my ride on the phone. Driver arrived on time,- vehicle was clean,- driver was courteous, professional and knowledgeable about the best route to get to the airport in a timely manner.

We had a good ride. There were three of us plus luggage. I ordered a luxury car which was a Chevy suburban. The only minus was that it was still tight seating. We ended up two in the back and one in the front. I thought there should have been a third row of seats. There was no more room than we would have had in a regular black car. We did have 3 suitcases and a duffle, but I think they would have fit in the trunk of a regular black car. So it was all fine, but I was bummed to have to have someone in the front seat. Especially since we paid a bit extra for a luxury car. But I still think Dial 7 is the best!
