D Franklin ES Tracking Order Status

Wacht nu al een week op mijn bestelling, lees veel slechte reviews dus houd mijn hart vast

Au départ j'ai eu un problème avec la commande puisque d'après la société de transport elle disait qu'elle était déjà dans ma boite aux lettres mais ça n'a jamais été comme ça, j'ai écrit directement à D.Franklin à plusieurs reprises et ils se sont occupés de m'envoyer un nouvelle commande avec l'achat que j'avais effectué, ceci après plusieurs demandes, maintenant nous sommes dans un nouveau changement car l'abattage n'était pas approprié, j'apprends les tailles qu'ils manipulent en Europe

The shoes I ordered fits very well (the information about picking the smallest when you are choosing between two sizes was great) and they are looking the same as on the picture. I really liked being informed about my package, so I knew when it will approximately arrive.

Shoes are very nice and very comfortable, as expected. Just one shoe was already a bit dirty, but apart that, everything is cool. I like desing and value for the money. Keep it up!

En general todo bien, me hubiera gustado que en la descripción de los lentes pusieran medidas ya que me han quedado algo grandes y se me resbalan. En cuanto al envío, al ser internacional tuve algunos inconvenientes en recibir mi número de guía para poder hacer el seguimiento, pero enviando correo me lo proporcionaron.
